All sales are final. Black Pride Palooza does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or credits for products, services, or event tickets purchased through our website, except as expressly stated in the Event Cancellation Exception below.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once a purchase is completed, the transaction is considered final and binding. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all purchase details before completing their transaction.

Purchases cannot be canceled after payment has been submitted.

2. No Refunds

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances except where the promoter or company completely cancels an event, as described below.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Personal scheduling conflicts

• Inability or decision not to attend

• Travel issues

• Failure to attend an event

• Dissatisfaction with the event or experience

• Failure to use a purchased ticket

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Purchasing the wrong ticket, date, package, or service

3. No Returns or Exchanges

Event tickets and other purchases are not eligible for returns, exchanges, substitutions, or cancellations.

Please carefully review your purchase before submitting payment.

4. Event Payment & Advance Production Costs

All event tickets and related purchases are paid for in advance. These payments allow Black Pride Palooza to secure venues, talent, vendors, production, marketing, staffing, promotional materials, and other event-related expenses.

Because these commitments and expenses are made based on advance purchases, all event purchases are considered final once payment is completed.

5. Event Cancellation Exception

The ONLY exception to this No Refund Policy is if the promoter or company completely cancels the event.

A postponement, rescheduling, venue change, artist or performer change, schedule change, modification to the event lineup, or other alteration to the event does not automatically constitute a cancellation and does not create a right to a refund.

If an event is completely canceled by the promoter or company, the company will determine the appropriate resolution and communicate the decision to affected customers by email within 24 hours, when reasonably practicable.

The company may provide one of the following options:

A. Full Refund

A full refund may be issued to customers who purchased tickets to the canceled event.

OR

B. Collateral Purchase / Ticket Transfer

The company may transfer the customer's ticket or purchase value to the company's next designated event as a collateral purchase.

The company will determine which option will apply and will communicate the decision to affected customers.

6. Company Decision

The Event Cancellation Exception applies only when the company completely cancels an event.

The company reserves the right to determine whether an event has been canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise modified.

7. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket or other product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.

Please purchase carefully. Once your transaction is completed, all sales are final except as expressly provided in the Event Cancellation Exception above.

Black Pride Palooza reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on the applicable website and will apply to purchases made after the updated policy becomes effective.
